Physics Lab
Physics the most basic of the natural sciences, entails the discovery and elucidation of elementary principles which shapes our physical universe. Students who pursue the higher secondary physics which learn how these principles can systematically be applied to understand diverse phenomena and solve seemingly complex problems.
The functions of the department started in the year 2010 with one batch for biological science group. In the year 2014 additional computer science batch started. The Physics lab, with its vast room size and work tables, can accommodate more than 30 students at a time.
The staff members of the academic and non-academic cadre have always been the stronghold of the department who have played key roles in its outstanding performance in various fields of activity, especially in the realm of academics. The primary aim of the department is to provide quality education which imbibes a social commitment and value orientation among the students. Throughtout the years the results are excellent and the saga continues in every area. Physics lab, spacious and well equipped with all instruments necessary for the courses offered, can accommodate thirty students each for practical classes
The purpose of higher education could not be achieved unless the pupils themselves endeavor to expand the horizons of the knowledge through self study. There is a separate section for books on physics in general library. Students are motivated by teachers to utilize these facilities to update their information in various subjects.
